The event consists of a three day programme of conference and workshop sessions, study tours (of London and wider a field), receptions, an awards dinner, a large exhibition and ongoing networking in this sector.

Individuals will attend from all manner of disciplines including planning, economic development, investment, centre management, the retail and leisure sectors, culture and arts, and local and national governments.

They will be attracted from all over Europe, the USA and Canada, many countries from the Southern Hemisphere including Australia and New Zealand and from the Asian market including South Korea and Japan.
